In March 2026, Greg sent me a voice note with an idea: that the future is systems which combine creativity, psychology, attention and performance data to improve customer acquisition. This is the practical implementation of that idea.
Over the last year, the work for Knowledge To Action has moved beyond production support into acquisition systems, workflow automation, localised event creative and AI-assisted infrastructure.
Yeah, okay, I'll do a voice note. So listen, here's what I would do if I was you. You're into the AI, you've got a very mathematical brain, so you're really turned on by that. You're also a creative person, so you've got both of that. I think you're in a unique position, and I don't know how long this window is open for, but it's probably open for a while.
I would double down, commercially, on creating ads for all sorts of different companies. Actually getting into the AI bit of how long the ad needs to play, where it pulls, where you're getting the engagement and the direct response, because everyone in direct response doesn't get into the detail at that level, into the weeds, and that's where it's really at. Why do certain ads do well and others not?
Combine that with a bit of AI and a deep dive into human psychology, and the fact that we haven't got any patience. In the old days, if you put the words secret, millionaire and free in a newspaper ad, it would do really well. Point is, where this is going over the next few years is that we're competing for eyeballs to sell shit. Everyone is online, that's where it's all at, and the blend of creativity, having that human creative element, which you have, combined with really fucking detailed AI analysis of what actually works.
You could have an agency that makes big claims about doing ads for people that really pull, way beyond anything they normally do, and have proper metrics to back it up. Most people selling online are not ad people, not video people. Some months they do well, other months they don't, but they don't know the science behind people's attention and behaviour, the sequencing of messaging from a psychology standpoint. All that Cialdini stuff, the science of persuasion and influence, actually implemented, integrated into the ultimate ad platform.
And about you being in the box: I'd be your first client. You'd be growing, because the more you learn about other industries, the more I get the benefit of that. In the trading education industry you'd learn that a certain thing gets a good low CPL and quick uptake, and that transposes across to other industries. That's one of the most important purchases people make in business right now: buying the attention of people. That's what it's all about.
Everyone says you can do it for free with social pages, but you have to have an ad budget. Where's the real money? It's in that budget, and it's in JVs. That's a really amazing space that could be very cleverly exploited, and you've got the skill sets to do that. That's the idea, Vince. Think about it.
Originally, I was helping create content. Today, I'm helping build the system that gets people into the room.
Any of our speakers, inviting the audience to the exact hotel, in the exact city, on the exact date. Localised and rendered on demand.
One person couldn't produce this consistently. A system can.
The following activities are not included within the retained Stormfield AI capability. They remain available and can be commissioned separately where required, through the appropriate commercial route.
For almost ten years, Knowledge To Action has retained Stormfield to provide specialist capability. What changes under Stormfield AI is not the commercial principle. It is the clarity. Instead of the retained capability evolving informally over time, it is now explicitly defined, documented and structured.
The retained capability model presented in this proposal exists specifically to support a direct transition from the current Stormfield Productions arrangement to Stormfield AI.
If that transition does not take place, any future engagement would be considered a new commercial relationship. Depending on Stormfield AI's commitments at that time, work may only be available on a project or day-rate basis, and a retained capability arrangement may no longer be offered.
The purpose of this proposal is to preserve continuity while establishing a long-term operating model that benefits both organisations.
This is not simply support. It is a capability-building programme that leaves permanent operational assets inside Knowledge To Action, and the first of them already exist.
An AI trained on the Hampton Court training stage: equipment, wiring, operating procedures, troubleshooting, IP addresses and system layouts. Staff ask in plain English and get immediate guidance.
An AI trained on the entire media library: what every asset is, where every file lives and the exact path to it. Anyone finds the right footage, photo or project instantly, without searching years of folders.
Stormfield AI has been established as a dedicated AI systems and creative workflow company. Where Stormfield Productions specialised in premium video, Stormfield AI exists to design, build and maintain AI-enabled business systems, operational infrastructure and intelligent workflows.
Much of what Knowledge To Action has benefited from in recent years already reflects this direction. AI systems, workflow automation, event infrastructure and knowledge systems have gradually become a larger part of the work than production itself. Creative production remains important, but now serves the wider business systems rather than being the primary service.
Knowledge To Action remains Stormfield AI's flagship client. As new systems, workflows and capabilities develop, Knowledge To Action continues to benefit first, across its businesses.
Stormfield AI is established as Vince's permanent, long-term operating company.
Included or chargeable is decided by capability, not duration. If a request falls within the retained capabilities it is included. If it falls outside them, it is approved against scope and follows one of three routes.
The commercial terms shown here are available only as part of a direct transition from the existing Stormfield Productions arrangement to the Stormfield AI retained capability model.
They are intended to enable a clean transfer of responsibility, preserve operational continuity and avoid disruption to the business.
If there is any break in the service, pricing will be reassessed and may be offered at market rate, or on a full day-rate basis only.
